Current House competitions
Update 7 July 2024
Update 27 June 2024
Congratulations to the winners of our current Chingford Foundation School House System competitions:
Thank you to all students who entered the competitions.
Artemis House had the most entries and have increased their lead at the top of the House Points challenge. They are now favourites however we have still got the rest of the summer term, attendance, club participation and positive referral points to add on.
Pupils in Year 7 and Year 8 can earn points by attending their football House Competitions: Year 8 on 27 June, Year 7 on 4 July.
Students who participate on Sports Day on 11 July will earn House Points.
Chingford's Got Talent on 17 July will also be an event that earns House Points. So it is all to play for in the challenge to win the House Cup for this academic year!
English competition:
Media Studies competition:
A fast paced, montage edited video about sketching. Uses a range of media techniques to create a visually engaging short piece that used voice over well.
A introduction to Project Sekai, a rhythm game for mobile. Really nice use of subtitling alongside game footage with some expert play going on!
A stop motion introduction to clay modelling; nice use of the stop motion style combined with clay itself to create a visually interesting short video.
