Meet our Pastoral Team
Leaders have high expectations for the conduct and behaviour of pupils. There are clear and established routines that support pupils to behave well. OFSTED 2023 Report
It is our belief that our Pastoral Teams can only be as effective as the support network around them. Our Pastoral Care begins with our dedicated Year Leaders and Student Support Officers, led by our Assistant Principals for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, alongside the Directors and Deputy Directors of Key Stages 3 to 5.
Further high-quality support and care is provided by our SEND Faculty and Safeguarding Team, ensuring that all students are cared for with respect and dignity. Finally, our team of dedicated Form Tutors play a vital role, working daily with their tutees to provide guidance and instil the values needed to approach each day with the appropriate levels of effort, attitude, and commitment.
