Meet our Pastoral Team
Leaders have high expectations for the conduct and behaviour of pupils. There are clear and established routines that support pupils to behave well. OFSTED 2023 Report
It is our belief that our Pastoral Teams can only be as effective as the support network around them. Our Pastoral Care begins with our dedicated Assistant Year Leaders and Pastoral Support officers led by our Assistant Principals for KS3 and KS4 alongside the Directors and Deputies of KS3-KS5. Excellent support and care is further provided by our SEND Faculty and Safeguarding Team to ensure that our Students are cared for with respect and dignity. Finally, our team of dedicated Form Tutors are the final piece of the puzzle, working daily with their Tutees to provide them with the values needed to comport themselves with the appropriate levels of effort and attitude for the day ahead.
