Chingford Foundation School

You’re not alone. We’re here to help.

Life can be tough sometimes. School, friends, family, social media, exams can all feel like a lot. The most important thing to remember is this: you are never on your own, and asking for help is always the right thing to do.

If something is worrying you, no matter how big or small, there are people who will listen and help you find the right support.

In School Support

If you need to talk, you can visit the Safeguarding & Wellbeing Hub in Room J4 (opposite Student Reception).

You can also speak to:

  • Any trusted teacher, tutor, or member of staff
  • Your Head of Year or Pastoral Team
  • A member of the Safeguarding Team

If you’d rather not talk face-to-face, you can share your concern anonymously using our SHARP System – a safe online space to report bullying, worries about yourself or someone else, or anything that’s making you feel unsafe.

Every message is read by our Safeguarding Team, who will make sure you get the right help quickly.
