A Level Results 2019

Chingford Sixth Form students achieve fantastic A-Level results!

Chingford Foundation School is delighted to celebrate the high achievement of its 2019 Year 13 cohort. The students should feel very proud of what they have achieved. 

One of our most impressive performers was Sultan Aydemir who achieved A*A*A* in Biology, Chemistry and Maths. She will be studying Medicine at Imperial College London next year. We wish her every success following her impressive achievements. Two other students will go on to study Medicine at university. Andrea Georgiou achieved A*AA in Biology, Chemistry, and Maths. She will study  at Kings College London. Leo Cherry achieved A*in Psychology, as well as As in Biology and Chemistry and will study at Queen Mary. We wish our future medics every success!

Another fantastic performer was Ewan Hindes , who achieved A*A*AA in Art, Maths, Geography and Physics. To attain such high grades in a variety of subjects was a marvellous achievement. Matthew Baldwin achieved an A in Business, A in English, and an A* in Media. He will study Film Studies at Kings. Georgina Dagley, Layla Nasli, and Anastasia Theodorou all achieved A*AA and will go on to study Psychology, Politics, and Digital Culture respectively. 

James Coleman achieved an A* in Business and Alex Silcott achieved an A* in Economics. The boys were very proud of their results. James will be going on to an apprenticeship and Alex will study Politics and Economics at Nottingham. 

We also celebrated our students' impressive track record in vocational qualifications, with 83% achieving D*/D in their BTEC Business qualification. 

The school is incredibly proud of all our wonderful students who performed well across a variety of different subjects with a large number going on to study at Russell Group universities. Additionally, a good number of our students will go on to follow an apprenticeship or enter the world of work . We look forward to hearing about their future successes and welcoming them back to the school in the future.
